WC’s focus in the Halifax market allows ease of involvement in community sponsored events. Creative staffing has employees throughout several time zones - in Canada and Europe, allowing live hosts throughout the day. The company is managed by youth - providing opportunities for their future career growth.

Wenruck Communications is unique in that each station has its own separate mission statement:
Point Zero Radio: To stream a commercial free Contemporary Hit Radio format to listeners between the ages of 18 and 34.

Category 6: To stream a commercial free Heavy Metal format to listeners between the ages of 45 and 64.
