CIRV Radio International - CIRV-FM is a broadcast radio station in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, providing Multilingual programming for the Toronto Community, including News, Talk and Entertainment.

CIRV-FM is a Canadian radio station, broadcasting at 88.9 FM in Toronto. The station airs a multicultural programming format. CIRV's studios are located on Dundas Street West in the Trinity-Bellwoods neighbourhood of Toronto, while its transmitter is located atop First Canadian Place in Toronto's Financial District.

The station launched in 1986 at FM 88.7, and moved to its current frequency in 1993. South Asian Broadcasting Corporation Inc. acquired CIRV-FM in November 2016. It was previously owned by Frank Alvarez.

CIRV's programming is predominantly Portuguese, Spanish & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) although it also airs some Brazilian, Caribbean, Punjabi, Russian, Ukrainian and Urdu programming as well.
